Dr. Ronald D. Hays
Dr. Hays is an expert in the development and evaluation of patient-reported survey measures. He has published over 700 peer-reviewed articles, 43 book chapters, 31 editorials/commentaries, 22 literature reviews, and 20 letters to the editor.
He is a Distinguished Professor of Medicine in the UCLA Department of Medicine. Dr. Hays worked full-time as a behavioral scientist in the RAND Health program from 1984 until 1997 and has been a RAND adjunct researcher since starting at UCLA in 1997.
